AWANA Health and Safety Guidelines

AWANA Health and Safety Guidelines

October 7, 2020

Dear Parents,

We are resuming Awana next Wednesday, October 14!  Our desire is to provide a safe environment for all, so we are asking everyone to wear a mask (or shield) and to practice safe distancing. Clubbers do not need to wear their Awana uniform or bring their Awana bag until further notice.

If your child has stayed home from school on a Wednesday due to illness or quarantine, please do not allow them to attend Awana that night.

We’re attaching a registration/emergency form for you to print, complete, and bring on the first night. If you don’t have a printer, please pick up a form at the Check-in table on October 14. There will be no registration fee for Awana this year.

Important time change for Awana this year:

  • Awana (preschool–6th grade):  6:30 to 7:45pm
  • Youth Group (grades 7–12): still at 6:30-8:30pm

Please contact us if you have questions or comments.
