Thanks to the Christensen family for the donation of a Lowrey organ for use at Bethel. The gift is in memory of John and Rozanne (Christensen) Fosenburg. John and Rozanne grew up, dated and married in Ogden, Iowa and later moved to their lifetime home in Des Moines. Following Rozanne’s passing from Alzheimer’s, John moved to an apartment in Johnston where he often entertained fellow residents with his tunes, especially at Christmas time. Following John’s passing his niece Jennifer Christensen handled his estate and helped to find a new home for his organ here at Bethel.
