Jesus is the master, King, Creator, Sustainer, and Lord over everything and everyone in the cosmos. We saw that last week, in one of the most majestic descriptions of Jesus outside the book of Revelation. This morning we will look at the next 3 verses, in order to see what all of that means for us. Col 1:21-23.

When you contemplate Jesus for very long, you begin to run out of words to describe him. In this passage from Colossians, the limits of human language become apparent as we try to stand back and behold him through this majestic description of Jesus’ identity and status. Col 1:13-20.

Like many of Paul’s New Testament letters, Colossians opens with a prayer for those who read it. In this special Outdoor service, we’ll be studying and discussing this prayer for all believers from Colossians 1:9-14.

Today, we begin a series through the book of Colossians, a letter written by Paul to believers whom he’d never met.
